1. Who controls your data
ALL YOURS HUB, INC., a Wyoming corporation, is the controller of personal data processed by the international All Yours Hub service. Privacy requests may be sent to privacy@allyoursai.com.

Depending on the features you choose, we may process account and contact details; profile, identity and relationship data; messages, diary entries, memories, goals, tasks and calendar content; files and images you upload; device, security and usage logs; and psychological, wellness, workout or health information you intentionally provide.
3. Why we use information
We use data to provide and secure the service, remember your preferences, operate AI-native features, connect information across the apps you authorize, communicate about your account, prevent abuse, improve reliability, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell personal information or use it for cross-context behavioural advertising.
4. AI, long-term memory and sensitive information
AI features may structure, summarize, retrieve and connect information you submit. Long-term memory is intended to remain visible, editable and removable by you. Psychological and wellness information may be sensitive: it is processed only for features you choose, subject to additional consent where required, and must not be treated as a medical diagnosis.
5. Sharing and service providers
We disclose information only when needed to provide the service, follow your visibility choices, protect users, complete a corporate transaction, or comply with law. 6. International transfers and retention
The service and its providers may process information outside your country. Where required, we use recognized transfer safeguards. We retain information while your account is active and only as long as needed for the stated purpose, security, dispute resolution and legal obligations; different categories may have different retention periods.

You may update profile data, change visibility, delete content, withdraw optional consent and request access, correction, portability, restriction or deletion where applicable. California, EEA, UK and other residents may have additional statutory rights. We verify requests before acting and do not discriminate for exercising applicable rights.

We currently use essential session, security and language-preference technologies and do not use advertising cookies. We apply encryption in transit, access controls and other safeguards, but no system is risk-free. The international service is not directed to children under 16, and local minimum-age rules may require a higher age or parental authorization.
