AI outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate or unsuitable for your situation. Review important outputs before relying on or sharing them. You remain responsible for decisions and content you approve. 5. Psychology and wellness boundary
Assessments, reflections, behavioural tasks and wellness features support self-knowledge and education. They are not clinical diagnosis, psychotherapy, medical care or emergency support. Seek an appropriately licensed professional for clinical questions or urgent concerns.
6. Your content and our intellectual property
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant us a limited license to host, process, reproduce and display it only as needed to provide, secure and improve the service under your settings. The software, brand, design and original service content remain owned by us or our licensors.
7. Availability, changes and suspension
We may modify, pause or discontinue features, including beta features, and will give reasonable notice for material changes when practical. We may restrict or terminate access for serious or repeated violations, security risk, legal requirements or non-payment, while respecting applicable consumer law.
8. Fees and third-party services
Paid plans, if offered, will state price, billing cycle, renewal and cancellation terms before purchase. App stores and third-party services may impose separate terms. We are not responsible for third-party products, but we remain responsible for obligations that law does not allow us to exclude.
9. Disclaimers and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided without guarantees of uninterrupted or error-free operation. We do not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded.
